: PROJECT: The "Cavallo Bianco" association works with mentally and physically disabled people in Rome. At that moment, a group of 15 children (aged 9 to 13) from Belarus will be hosted. This year, it will be the second edition of this project. Children can be affected by chronic illnesses but there will be people responsible and able to deal with all of them. There is no day when the children are free so that it is not possible to establish before hand when volunteers will be free. It will be discussed and organised upon arrival together with the coordinator and the local volunteers but each person will anyway have 2 free days per week. TO BE CONSIDERED: Volunteers have to be ready to work HARD and to be FLEXIBLE. IMPORTANT: MOTIVATION FORM IS REQUIRED, please include it in your application. Applications without letter will not be taken into consideration.
: Volunteers will take part in all the activities connected to the project from the spare time to the cleaning. They will organise games and workshops, will take the children to excursions and to the beach, will clean the space where children live and sleep, cook for the children if asked and needed, fully support local volunteers in dealing with the group and will commit themselves to be part of the all project.
